About Taner Kaboglu

Highly qualified and experienced

Taner has a long working experience as a professional in the fire safety world.  After his career as production engineer with a large Turkish white good producer he developed his fire safety knowledge and skills both through training and education as well as through projects he was involved in.

Since 2000 he was involved in a variety of projects related to sprinkler systems but also to integrated fire safety and safety concepts.

He has experience both in local standards as well as international standards and since 2007 he is an active member of NFPA and SFPE. Since 2011 he is one of the few NFPA Certified Fire Protection Engineers in Europe. Furthermore is  a member of the board  TUYAK, the Turkish foundation of fire protection and education.

He has also worked with insurance companies in assessing asset risks for underwriting purposes.

Projects and memberships

Taner has been involved in fire safety projects for a large variety of industries in Turkey, and CIOS countries.   He offered his services for projects varying from logistic centres to hospitals and production facilities. Both for local as well as for international clients.
