About Massimo Minella
Massimo Minella experienced risk manager
Massimo has over 20 years of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Risk Management experience. In his carreer he successfully carried out hundreds of audits in Italy and abroad, including the EU, Switzerland, Russia, the USA, the UAE.
Many of these audit and HSE consulting programs had special purpose like for Mergers & Acquisitions of large multinationals, Benchmarking, Foreclosures and Third party (Workers Compensation and Environmental) Liability Insurance. He also did several corporate reviews and certifications (ISO 140001, OHSAS 18001) projects.
His other specialty is the design and implementation of Safety Management Systems for Research organizations and multinational Companies and full scope Behavioural Safety programs (in Italy and France).
Since 2006 Massimo is lecturer at the Plitectnico Di Milano Consorzio Interuniversitario Ingegneria delle Assicurazioni (CINEAS) (www.cineas.it) providing Risk Engineering and Loss Adjustment Master Courses.
Since1994 he is certified Instructor on military bases in Italy on AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Removal Act) Since.
