About Pieter Zijlmans MRICS

New brand - Valuable experience

At the start of 2014 Pieter Zijlmans has founded his own company, AppraisAll. Through this new company he intends to serve clients with his broad range of experience. Since 2002 Pieter has been providing valuation consultancy services to clients throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the America's. Pieter has assisted clients with IFRS 3, SFAS 141, SFAS 142, and original and replacement cost analysis of personal property. A specialist in fixed asset valuations, Pieter works with companies in a wide variety of industries including industrial products, chemical, pharmaceuticals, communications, entertainment, consumer products, automotive, aerospace, and high-technology. Pieter’s valuation expertise covers a broad range of applications including: insurance placement values, financial reporting, tax purposes, fixed asset leases, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Pieter’s international experience includes performing valuations for companies with facilities in Europe, the Americas, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia. Prior to starting his own firm Pieter has led Marsh’s Valuation Service Practice in Europe and Pieter held a similar position in the MMC sister company, Kroll. Pieter has also worked as a valuation professional for an international consulting firm and as a project engineer and project manager for a maritime consultancy firm.
