Risconet is a newly formed network organization consisting of independent risk engineering professionals and partnering companies located around the world. Through these partners Risconet is able to provide a wide range of risk services varying from asset protection to environmental and work place health and safety control, but with a continuous focus on an integrated approach and realism. The services can include training but also secondment, claims support etc. Most of the participants also have a background in the risk financing (insurance) industry. The services are primarily provided for the industry but also for insurance intermediary and insurers.
Companies must comply with requirements set by legislators but also have to deal with standards and best practice originating from corporate headquarters, industry groups and the insurance industry. None of those specifically developed for the situation in a specific plant or location.
These broad variety of aspects related to controlling risk affect each other and therefore the focus should always be on integration and combination of solutions, both technical as well as organizational. Risconet is able to help companies manage and improve their risk profile in a way that fit’s their company culture, financial capabilities and risk appetite.

Qualifications
All Risconet consulting partners are all independent consultants working within their own countries/regions and areas of expertise and with their own client base. They have appropriate qualifications, specialist expertise and experience in physical asset related risks such as fire engineering, security, workplace safety, natural hazard, environmental and technical engineering.
Within these fields of expertise its function is aimed at protecting the people, assets and profits of the organization against consequences of total risk. Consultants identify sources of risk-based concerns by conducting facility investigations, plan/document review and global research/benchmarking. Consultants are equipped to gather, research, analyze and apply universal scientific data combined with practical field experience at comparable locations. Due to their diverse range of practical experience within a wide variety of industries, production processes working environments and systems Risconet is also well equipped to identify and evaluate risks in supply chain, business disruption potential and work place health and safety. 
Once risks are identified measurable solutions that improve clients' position and impact overall company performance in risk management are delivered. Risconet solutions conform to universal and proven norms and standards. Risconet also assists in the implementation of mitigation measures. For example project management, safety/security manual development, training or monitoring risk management in general.
Risconet was set up by Ron de Bruijn. He offers you his wide experience in the field of risk engineering worldwide and his knowledge in working in a multinational environment as well as managing a multinational team of risk assessment and loss control professionals.
Risconet’s clients are primarily managers and owners of major property portfolios but also sometimes insurers and insurance intermediaries with a special need for client support.
Furthermore training and coaching is provided to newcomers in the risk-engineering world and with traditional loss control surveys are being carried out.
The product and service pallet of Risconet is varied and diverse and may consist of any combination of the methods and competences and the methodology is adaptable for new and emerging risk in the evolution of Risk Management.
